With <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oyostepper.com\/category-6-b0-Nema-17-Stepper-Motor.html\">high-torque NEMA 17\u00a0motor<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oyostepper.com\/category-7-b0-Nema-23-Stepper-Motor.html\">NEMA 23 motor<\/a> frame options in a choice of stack lengths, the hollow shaft is claimed to facilitate direct assembly of a lead screw without the need for a coupling &#8211; keeping hardware to a minimum and simplifying design for machine builders.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.eurekamagazine.co.uk\/article-images\/109022\/Hollow%20shaft%20stepper%20motor%20range%20simplifies%20design%20options.jpg?width=300&amp;height=200&amp;scale=canvas\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oyostepper.com\/category-15-b0-Hollow-Shaft-Stepper-Motor.html\">hollow shaft stepper motor<\/a> is also said to allow customised shafts or other power transmission components to be added to the motor without the lead times that specials may take and also enables small quantities of specials to be produced at reasonable cost.<\/p>\n<p>The internal shaft diameter for the 17 and 23 frame motors is 5 and 8mm respectively. The holding torque across the 2-phase HH series ranges from 0.45 to 2.3Nm with current ratings from 2 to 3A per phase. The motors are supplied with a detachable lead\/connector pigtail for straightforward installation in the customer\u2019s application.
